is anyone else having a difficult time with support? I created a ticket 3 weeks ago and still did not get any answer. When I created another ticket to follow up on the first one I actually got a human response saying that the second ticket was closed because it was a duplicate and the first one will be replied to whenever it's processed. How long does it usually take to get a verified badge? I assume 3 weeks is a long time.
