We received some reports from some users that In App Purchases have not been credited in the game.
We have extensively looked into this bug, and have not been able to reproduce it on our numerous test devices.
We believe that the problems are likely with Google's Wallet API, and the API not triggering a successful purchase signal to the game on a successful purchase.

Copy and paste your Order ID (you should have gotten a receipt from Google) into the form and mention the following:
I didn't receive my iAb item for OTTTD and would like a refund for the iAb item. The developer SMG Studios of OTTTD believes that there is a problem with the Google Wallet API that doesn't trigger the iAb success events correctly back to the game.
With that they should be able to help you out.
