We are currently seeing an issue where some players are not able to use warp gates to travel between sectors. Affected players can see the game slow down considerably or crash when trying to do so.
Unfortunately, we do not have a workaround for this issue at the moment, as we are still investigating the cause.
If you're experiencing this issue and would like to help us investigate, please submit a ticket with information about your game progress (main story and exploration) and any relevant screenshots/recordings. Alongside this information, please also do the following:
1. Load the save game where you're experiencing the issue
2. Go to Pause > Settings > Support
3. Under "Copy Data to Clipboard", hit "COPY"
4. Paste the data into your ticket.
