If you purchased an in-app item and have not received it yet, please make sure that you have proof of purchase, and that the transaction has been completed. Sometimes purchases may require you to restart the RISK app or it may take a few hours to process.

Before opening a ticket, please make sure you have collected:
Name of the Purchase
Your RISK Account ID (Top left of settings)
Receipt or screenshot of transaction receipt when purchased for iOS
- If purchased on Google Play Store: Your Order number, starting with GPA.
Please take note that we cannot process requests without GPA numbers for Google Purchases!
As this is a manual process, it might take several days to be looked into. Please be patient!
