If you are receiving this error message in Risk we have been unable to complete your purchase. Depending on what platform you are on, have a look at the guide below to resolve the issue.


iOS (Apple)

You most likely have in-app purchases disabled in your device settings.

To enable in-app purchases, head to:

  • Settings App
  • Screen Time
  • Content & Privacy Restrictions
  • iTunes & App Store Purchases
  • Click in-app purchases to set it to Enabled


And make sure ‘in-app purchases’ is ticked and enabled.



Android (Google)

If your Google Play Account is not adequately secured, purchasing content in apps may be unavailable.
