Hi,
I want to know if somehow I can defend myself from a suspension. I have been banned for several times now without having done anything against the rules, and that bothers me a lot bcs there is nothing I can do. Players just report and the suspension is automatic. I know this bcs I reported a friend one time to do the test, and it worked. So i just want to 1) make a public complaint about that and 2) see if there is something I can do.
Pd: I have to point out that at first, suspensions were from 24h to 48 so it wasn't such a trouble, but recently they are like 7 days at least, so it makes a big difference.
