Cheaters

I am premium, love this strategy game risk. Today i played against a player who put a cheat on me that doesn't alow me to attack at all . I can place troops but unable to attack. anyone know how to shake this one off ?

Tap the settings gear, then close the popup for settings. It'll be back.

That's not a cheater by the way, the hidden button is a bug in the game.
