What happened to the 12 armies max to a territory rule? Its pretty lame seeing 72 armies on one territory. Its terrible game play. If this is done because games would be to slow, then lower the number to a max of 4 armies on a territory. Games will go fast and it still involves strategy and planning. The mass of armies on one territory makes for little strategy.

To clarify further, now it forces expansion. If armies on territories have reached there max then you lose those incoming armies. Right now guys take one territory, and then refortify their one mass of army. Therefore there is no penalty for not trying to control anything, since you still receive the 3 armies no matter what.

I also notice many comments on cheating the game with two players on a team. by limiting the number per territory to 4 players will not be able to cheat as well as before.
