Don't play app music on start if music setting set to off

This is Sooooo crazy anoying. Please don't play the opening sound when I start the app if the app settings are set to music and sound effects off. It shouldnt make noise if I do that. So easy to check against that setting. Should be a super easy fix.

I should be able to shut off the music and sound WHEN I am playing the game and not when I am starting the app. Please fix this problem. Thank you.
