Balanced game play (real life risk)

Make it so you only get extra (+3) troops if you dont attack, or at the end of the round. Currently the person who begins has a massive advantage because he can use the extra troops to take a lot of terrain.
If you dont want to change the game just add a button so host can toggle it themselfs.

Hi Henrie, thanks for your suggestion. The reason why we wouldn't be able to implement this into RISK is because it would promote stalling and cause players to not take other territories, which can lead to less exciting gameplay. We've followed the original board game for the troops gained in round 1, with the goal being the later you start, the more troops you earn (if you're 4th, 5th or 6th)
