The Fog of War makes for an interesting adjustment in strategy but also makes the game pretty boring when you lose outposts around the world and are just concentrated down to one region. Why not have a compromise and have the fog of war shade half the world. So the fog will either shade roughly the northern or southern, eastern or western half of the board. That way you have some idea of whats going on but also take some risks on some guesses whats going on under the fog....and its much less boring waiting your turn staring at a bunch of question marks going boom boom.
