I’ve put in two separate requests to restore my risk premium after getting a new iPad, including sharing my receipt for the purchase, but no one responds to my request. Anyone know how to contact these folks?

I have had risk on my apple account for years and bought all of the upgrades .. now it is not recognizing any of it and won’t let me restore my purchases. That’s theft .. how on earth are we supposed to get our account made whole again?
