players of risk : in life, character counts. your word counts... intergrty matters
one of my biggest complaints when playing RISK invloves players who use the ally button to backstab another player, usually on the very next turn... its cheating yet it goes on daily its classless, and shameful for anyone who does it. in real life, such actions would have dire consquences, too. those who do it should be penalized during the game in a big way . 1\2 of the cheaters soldiers (army) should be lost, immediately, across all owned territorys, which simulates soldiers with integrity that refuse to blindside and murder an ally during battle, and thus defect to nearby territories owned by other players. they should also lose their next turn as a reminder that integrity is extrememly important in life, no matter what... thank you.

I don't think it's cheating per se. I'd prefer the 'turncoat statistic' mentioned in a sticky feature request so it's possible to identify these players in advance.
