***ALERT*** and vibration before game start!!!!!!!!

For the love of god, please add an alert, vibration or countdown sound when that 10 second IM READY window comes up. So many times ive missed it while waiting. So frustrating. Plus it sucks for everybody else when the player is replaced with an expert computer player. As of now, this is the most annoying thing about the game. It seems like its a no brainier that this feature should already be implemented.
