Create "???" Emoticon

How about an ??? Or WTF emoticon to show disbelief or astonishment whhen random glitch adds 15 men to your or your opponents country. Especially out of turn. Or someone makes a real boneheaded move.

Yup - a WTF smiley is sorely missing lol!

Agreed this I can remember many times wishing this existed. Instead of 2x4 make it 3x3 or just replace a lesser used one.
