Wild Card Choice on Turn In

I have noticed that when turning in a set of cards with a wild card the computer program assigns the wild card to be of the least possible value. For example, if you have two infantry cards, a cavalry card  and a wild card the computer will always set the wild card to be an infantry giving you only four additional armies. If the card were assigned as artillery the turn in value would be doubled at eight additional armies. Could the program be changed to either assign the wild card to be that which returns the maximum armies or allow the player to assign the wild card type? Thank you.
