Friends' global domination game appear in play friends menu

Under play friends allow players to see their friends global domination games. The games would still be considered global domination for stats purposes.
I generally prefer to play against my risk friends because I know they are (or were) high ranked. But high ranks are not the only ones who would benefit, this change would also make the friends functionality more useful for everyone.

I meant for the post to consist of two paragraphs with the division located after "stats purposes." I am guessing I need to use a HTML or BB tag for that. Does anyone know which?
