On the world map I believe there should be a continent for Antarctica that includes the north and south poles. It should be worth 4 troops, and could be reached from all continents except for Africa. Lastly, it should have 5 or 6 territories (2 at the North Pole and 3 or 4 at the south. In a way like the independent states in the Europe map.
