To many players with multiple accounts using computer controled bots

On many occasions I've noticed people having multiple accounts. I guess it's the token thing.I'll use my name in an example ...kenroy1,kenroy2,kenroy3 and on and on.the worst of them use computer controlled bots.I know this because I use to play bots exclusively when risk first came out on disk from hasbro.
