Nuisance request should be limited so that you can at least finish your turn.

You should at least be able to finish your turn even if somebody is doing nuisance request it shouldn't stop you from being able to do your turn

It's not a perfect solution, but you can block players from sending you requests during the game. And I think there was another feature requested about making notifications smaller.
