It is annoying when someone at the beginning of the game, usually 2nd to last or last goes MIA, I've noticed Austrailia chosen before them causes the bail out a lot. Each turn we are all subject to waiting each turn to choose a country and then place your peice in the manual set up. Everyone quits the game angry. How can that be changed to where when they are out, they are out.
