Why does RISK fail to acknowledge the fact that certain players have the ability to boot players from the game at their discretion. Why is the PING included in the details of the live game?

Booted from game with a perfectly good connection and no matter what you are not allowed to reconnect.
In the past this was an extremely bad issue and you (RISK) fixed the problem and stopped allowing them to cheat like this. When the game is played fairly I enjoy it immensely. When I am cheated of my time it makes me furious.
