does SMG really understand what that steak when a player goes out of his way to complain about cheating and that report is dismissed?

I’m writing to express my deep frustration with the ongoing cheating and hacking issues in RISK, as well as the inadequate responses I’ve received when reporting them. Despite filing multiple complaints, I’ve only received generic replies stating that an investigation was conducted and no cheating was found. However, the cheating is obvious and rampant—so much so that it’s almost obscene how blatant the unfair advantages are.
It feels as though these reports are not being taken seriously, and this negligence is seriously affecting the enjoyment and fairness of the game. Honest players like myself are being left in a situation where the integrity of the game is compromised, while cheaters continue to ruin the experience for everyone.
I ask that you take these reports more seriously, conduct proper investigations, and implement stronger measures to curb cheating in the game. I would appreciate a detailed follow-up regarding your actions to address these issues.
Your failure to address this issue is driving away loyal, good players, and ultimately, it will damage the integrity and legacy of a game that has been beloved for decades. RISK is a game of strategy, and allowing cheating to go unchecked undermines its core value.
I’ve often suggested, and would not be opposed to having players in the field “deputized“, players who play often and who know the rules inside and out, and Have never been suspected cheating… Because if the list is too long for you to go through so you just arbitrarily dismiss, legitimate claims as unfounded in order to reduce a heavy workload.,
And
When those reports are dismissed prematurely, or due to lack of proper investigation, there’s nothing more obvious to me that Support/ management could care less, and that means I’m wasting my time in the game completely.
It appears SMG has been doing very well. These past few decades, and most certainly has the money to implement whatever steps need to be implemented to protect the integrity. You could possibly implement new AI technology that would root up cheaters in about two seconds save you countless massive hours of time of investigation. Your technologies out there could do the same thing, but You’re choosing not implement them. If all doesn’t mean, how much to you, bro, quit your job or give it to someone that might Do a better job. I hate to be so dramatic but the future of this game is in your hands and it’s happening on your watch.
How about if any “button it’s available one time during my gameplay where if I’m blatantly cheated, I could press that button and have a complaint generated that shows the last one minute and in the following minute of that button press to work, watches it and let them see firsthand if they were playing themselves. Would that work? I know one thing you sure would bring a lot more satisfaction to me that you’re doing something than you are right now. And that’s a fact.
Put the technology exist now today for sure. Especially with the admin of AI. Don’t be afraid to use it. Don’t be afraid to tell players who’ve been there for years that’s no longer because they’re hackers and cheaters because your ranks are filled with them.
There’s quite a bit of new technologies here lately in case you haven’t looked. I know that AI could root out cheaters in about 35 seconds. Based on performance or what you’re doing currently games. Why not give it a shot, maybe it’ll save your job when you get to work one day and find out that The majority of your fan is now gone because oc the rampant cheating, and your reward Comes by way of a pink slip in your mailbox, thank you for your time, but you’re no longer needed. If You don’t think that’s Reality you better get a reality check because people dropping like Fly for incompetence and laziness. I’m not saying you are, but Someone there is. Probably lots of “someones”. So in a word, “help!“
Thank you for your time and attention to this matter.
