Risk Fair Play Policy - Potential Glitch in Your System

I think there's a glitch in the Risk Fair Play Policy system because a while back I've gotten suspended from Ranked games "due to violation of Risk Fair Play Policy," which I believe is made fairly, however the glitch seems to be that whenever I friend request someone right after a game ends, it gives me the suspension.
This has happened twice so far, and it's only happened right after I sent them a friend request which I would assume is not a coincidence since I play a lot.
I think the other person accepts my friend request and then the game thinks that I was playing with a friend DURING the ranked game, which is false.
Maybe I'm wrong but I don't understand why I have to be suspended. I was enjoying the game and now I can't for the next 2 days.
