What Are the rules / people thoughts about players who delay winning . I was playing Capital conquest and my opponent just had one more capital to collect to win . I had 7 troops - they had 68 next to me . Rather than claim the territory and win they spent the next few rounds picking off every other territory as though it was world domination . I hate this as they clearly going to win - just drawing it out for their own satisfaction . Am I being unreasonable or is this fair play ?
