Game play. Possible hacking.

During Risk global domination, how can an army attacking along a line, attack a side territory and continue along original line But only leave on troop in said side territory prior to fortifying. Is this considered cheating?

Well, if you were to attack the territory ahead of you, leave two troops behind, and then use those two to attack the side territory, you would have that, but I doubt that's what happened.

If you attack with one troop, you can only leave one troop in the territory if you win.

Oh yeah, when you manual roll with lower amounts of troops you can do that, but it's generally pretty risky
