Can you connect your google android account on Steam PC?

I was playing Risk on Android with google account earlier. Then it got released on Steam PC. Can I connect my google android account on Steam PC?

I have risk on my iPhone and want instructions on how to recover my maps etc in steam.

I have spent money on my google account. I won't buy it again. is there a way to connect the accounts?!

Yes! You can go to the Settings, click/tap Create Risk Account, set a password, and then log in on another device using the Risk username (found in the Settings by clicking the arrows next to Name) and the password.
