They got it fixed. Apparently the server crashed and it disconnected users.

It means you failed to connect to the Risk servers. I suggest you try a different internet connection

My internet is fiber 450+ mbps Highly doubt its my internet plus how am I sending this to you??

I'm not saying it's your internet quality, it's that your internet's netcode is unable to connect to Risk's servers, which is why I suggest you either try a different connection or use data.
