I have a Risk rank of 4737 which equates to a Master rating. This morning I opened the Risk app and I now have a Novice rating, even though my rank is still 4737. What gives? I tried closing and reopening the app, but no change. This has to be a bug, right?

Yes. I too had my rank dropped from Grandmaster to Novice this morning, though like you my number stayed at 1,670. Then I checked the top 500 list and saw all the other top 500 Grandmasters had also been reduced to Novice. This must have made some unhappy people today. Don’t know what will be done about it. It is insane to think we would have to start over.
