Beware of joining a game against Archer Viper 7. As I was about to defeat a 3rd party & claim cards that would seal the game, he rapidly requested alliances (immediately breaking & requesting again if I accepted or immediately asking again if I rejected. I guess you can ignore it, but in a 60 second per turn match I didn't think about not answering & by the time I got to block without disturbance I left the 3rd party with one territory.
