I am having problems with lost connections using my iPad and therefore end up forfeiting game.
Could we have a recovery login where if we enter our ID and game ID number we can rescue game from either a mobile phone or PC?
Also do you loose ranking points from games lost due to connection problems and if so why cannot this be removed.

I also have this problem on iPad, especially when in a winning position. I think it’s a bug as I have internet connectivity with other apps.
