Manual selection of countries at the beginning of the game is quite time consuming. What if you added a feature that while you wait for your next turn to select your country, you hold down next country for 2 seconds on screen and it stores that country as your next choice. When it comes your turn it automatically selects that country. If someone else chooses that country you choose another country or allow player to store two countries while they wait for ththe other players to select their countries.
