When a player is wiped out, give cards to everyone

Everyone knows that feeling when a player kills another player, and they just cash in a bunch of cards and go on a huge rampage. To solve this, cards should go to everyone. I think the ammount of cards should be determined by the percent of territory everyone destroyed of the now killed person. So let's say green player took over 1/3 of purple player's territory. If purple dies with 3 cards, green player will get 1/3 of that, which is 1 card. If yellow player destroyed 2/3 of purple's territory they get 2 cards. Red player destroyed none, so they get none. If the percent doesn't go evenly into the ammount of cards a person had, it can be rounded.
