This version of risk introduced several new concepts, such as Capitals, Cities, objectives and rewards, all the while staying true to the game, whilst also adding several layers of strategy, and keeping it's simplicity. Global domination is still the objective, so perhaps the name would be Captial Risk, as it's one of the most recognizable features of the edition.

This version is absolutely amazing, it's creates strategic locations (cities and capitals), adds a layer of strategy with the objectives and rewards (Like +1 defense die/attack die, albeit these are tough objectives). This is imo the most complete version of risk that stays true to itself. I'd easily pay for this eddition, and would love to see it implemented.
