If you are not satisfied with one of the in-app products, or if you have purchased one accidentally, please contact us. Under certain circumstances, we might be able to grant you a refund. You will need to provide:
Name of the purchase
Your RISK Account ID (Top left of Settings)
Your Order number, starting with GPA.
Please take note that we cannot process requests without GPA numbers for Google Purchases!
As this is a manual process, it might take several days to be looked into. Please be patient!
