Banned for No reason!!!

I have been playing for years and almost 1000 games, I don’t play with family or friends and have never cheated so I’m very confused by this. Please bring back my game.

I am « henriette the fith 17´´ i never cheated and i am banned!! I purchased multiples package and i am affraid to lose them!
