Amazon Prime Guide

The following guide will explain how to log in to your RISK account, assign your Amazon Prime account to it and claim your Prime drops. 

How to Log in to your RISK Account

You will be prompted to enter your RISK account username or email and password in order to connect your RISK account to this service. 

Please note that your Facebook, Google Play, Game Centre, and Steam account information is not the same as your RISK account. The usernames and passwords associated with these social accounts will not work for this login.

How to Find your RISK Account

Your RISK username can be found by accessing Settings and then Profile. Please make sure the text below the View Profile button says RISK name.

Alternatively, you can use an associated email address which can be found by accessing Settings and then RISK Account. Select the eye icon to reveal the email attached.

If you have forgotten your password select the Update Account Details button and select the “Forgot Password?” text. Then follow the prompts on the screen to reset your password.

If you have not added an email and password, this can be done through the same screen by selecting the Add Account Details Button and following the prompts. You will require a password to log in and claim your Amazon Prime drops.

How to Log in with your Amazon Prime account

Once you have logged into your RISK account, you will be prompted to login with your Amazon Prime account.

Enter the Email or mobile phone number and password associated with your Amazon Prime account. This will connect your Amazon Prime account to the RISK account you have nominated.

Once this has been done successfully, you will receive a confirmation prompt, and the web page can be closed.

How to Claim your Amazon Prime Rewards

Once you have connected your Amazon prime account to your RISK account, you can claim your Prime drops by restarting the RISK app with an active internet connection. You will receive an in-game message stating you have claimed the reward, and they will become available after several minutes.

Please note if you already have the RISK app running when connecting your Amazon Prime account to your RISK account, it will require a restart before they become available in-game.
