If you are having issues with missing purchases, follow these steps:


  • Head to settings and tap "Restore Purchases". 
  • Restart your app to see changes.


  • Please check you are using the same email that you made the purchase with
  • Restart your app. 

If you are still having issues, we just added the functionally to add purchases to specific accounts via our backend (which we can do for you). If you're still missing your purchases, open a ticket but you will need to please supply us with; 

  • Proof of purchase 
  • Your RISK Account ID (in the top left of Settings)
  • Your Display name (in main menu)
