Can I play against random RISK players online?

Yes, to create or join games against random online opponents, select the Mode button which will take you to the game types menu. From there, you can select to either play a Ranked game, or a Public Casual game.

Next there are two options to join a game with strangers online:

Select a game from the scrolling list to join the player lobby, or
Tap "Automatch" to be randomly assigned to a game (this option is only available for Ranked)
