"Novice" players with expensive add-ons playing at pro level

I've played this game enough to be able to discern a new player from an expert.

I also know that a player only needs to win a couple of games to graduate from novice to beginner. Which leads me to a few questions and concerns.

How is is that I get matched against a different "novice" or beginner in more than  half of the games I create?

How are there so many "novices" that buy an expensive add on pack immediately after buying the game?

How are these "novices" able to play with expert level strategies, all the  while "taunting" using their expensive add on animated emoji's?

Here's what I think...

I believe there must be "admin level" players who create as many accounts as they desire, for free.

Why?  I can only speculate, but I assume they enjoy having "grandmaster" status accounts, and don't want competition that would jeopardize their "grandmaster" standings by getting beat by a better player.

This has been going on for years, with probably hundreds of new "novice" accounts.  Anyone have thoughts on this?
