I have 2 tickets now for my game missing a purchase as well as prime gaming bonus not unlocking. This is odd since this was back in August! Is there anything I can do at this point besides get fed up and just write negative reviews reflecting my experience? I am looking for actual suggestions.
I have a ticket for missing the prime bonuses too and haven't gotten any reply.

Just played a guy giving him self 10 extra units per around I’ve submitted lots tickets - they don’t do anything . Games a scam they don’t do nothing towards the cheaters they win overall . Ok they’re banned for few days but keep points we lose points - game overall is scam . Ban don’t mean Jack . Submitting tickets just waste time . Don’t have no good support and they must like the cheaters hence reason why people keep doing it
