I open the app, get a message that it needs to update. It opens the App Store, and I start the download. At about 10%, the download just stops.

I tried to open a support tickets, but Game ID is a required field, and I can’t get into the game/settings to ge the ID because as soon as I open the game it tells me I need to update and punts me to the App Store…
