I would like to know if you are allowed to stream this game with a chat that is apparently readable, playing in PVP mode. The reason I ask is to the effect of receiving outside assistance in an otherwise 1v? competition with a ranking system. From my perspective this is a practice that is "accepted" by the community, but is not conducive to fair play. Using that fact that it is popular, shouldn't change what is and isn't fair play. In chess obviously audience input is forbidden, because the elo system is designed to measure the abilities of a given individual or team. But when that individual or team is a revolving door of different competitors, what is the elo referring to, especially when the idea is to compete as one "player".
Rule in question: Is a player one individual or not?

Greetings,
I would like to know if you are allowed to stream this game with a chat that is apparently readable, playing in PVP mode.
