Ranking Shouldn't Affect Starting Position, OR the player who was last to go first should go first!

I like playing online global domination, but it seems like the ranking system determines who gets to start first, because I am always consistently LAST or SECOND TO LAST when facing higher ranked players, even when hosting my own 2 player game, which gives the higher ranking player even more of an advantage always being able to go before me, especially in progressive card games or in 1-on-1 games. The player order should be on a rotation, and not determined by rank; OR if the order is completely random, then part of the feature should give priority to the player who was last to go first in an online game, because I'm tired of ALWAYS GOING LAST!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
