How about a message that lets you tell people you know they're cheating?

I've had 3 games today that ended in me being beaten by a single player using multiple accounts.....and I just have to sit there and watch them do it!
How about giving players a message that lets the other player know you ARE AWARE they're cheating and they're going to be reported?
I keep filling out reports on cheaters and it's beyond frustrating to lose like that and then have to spend 10 minutes filling out a report when game after game after game has people using multiple accounts!
