Level 61 Xbox, all robots move in sync with one joystick

On level 61 of the xbox one Death Squared game, the right joystick does not move any blocks. The left joystick moves all 4 blocks, both red and blue, at the same time. This does not seem to be the same behavior as seen in online walk throughs and literally every other level. The left joystick moves both red and blue at the same time, thus making this level impossible.
